Scrolling is not possible while a notification is visible

Describe the bug
When a notification is shown by kftray in the top right, the viewport is no longer scrollable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start (or stop) all port-forwards.
2. Wait until the notification saying 'success' appears.
3. Attempt to scroll using the mouse wheel.
4. See that scrolling is not possible.

Expected behavior
While a notification is present, the viewport should still be scrollable.
