Is it possible to make header delimiter always visible?

Hi, nice plugin!

I had a small CSV file and was confused for a bit because the header seemed to have no special decorations no matter how I fiddled with the config options.

Then I tried to add a bunch of dummy lines, and surprise, the '────' appeared.

Would it be possible to make it always visible no matter the number of lines and amount of scrolling?

I guess the problem would be that the second row would be hidden underneath the virtual separation line...

So we would need to push everything below it by one, which could cause issues I suppose...
