Unable to create workspaces in IACM using CLI version 0.1.9

Problem Description - When trying to create workspace using harness cli command, it is not allowing.

How to repro - Try the following command -

harness create workspace cliworkspace123 
"workspace" is not a valid noun for "create"

Did you mean: workspace?

Note - List and get work fine on the resource.
