Cannot publish note

Is this a hackmd.io issue?

What's the problem

Cannot publish note, clicking "publish" icon has no reaction (as shown in the attached video below).

Current behaviour

Provide steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a note to be published
2. Click on 'share' > 'publish' > 'I agree to HackMD’s Community Guideline.' > 'publish'
3. Nothing happened, the browser did not show anything running or pending, the note is not published and clicking 'cancel' showed "Are you sure you want to discard the changes?", indicating that the changes are not saved. I also checked my profile and did not see the note published.

Expected behaviour

Until several days ago, clicking 'publish' could correctly publish the note and close the window.

Environment

I use HackMD on:

Desktop

• OS: arch linux (Kernel: Linux 7.1.5-arch1-2)
• Browser: brave browser, qutebrowser (I tried these two browsers, neither worked)
• Browser Version: qutebrowser v3.7.0, brave v1.93.136 (Chromium 151.0.7922.137)
