[Feature Request] Add an option to open newly created files in view mode by default

• Markor is up to date. See Releases for the latest version. Updates are available from F-Droid and GitHub.
• The wanted feature/enhancement is not present in the latest development version (git master). (Please download and try the test version of Markor, named Marder. Don't worry; Markor and Marder appear as completely separate applications. You can install both side-by-side, and Markor's settings are not touched. If your desired feature is present, you don't need to open this issue. The change will be part of the next Markor update.)

Use case

I mostly use markor as a viewer, not an editor.

The file manager I use (me.zhanghai.android.files) seems to pass contents of the file rather than the file itself so option "Settings -> View mode -> Prefer view" has no effect.

Also, assuming it's possible, it would be convenient to pass stdout from termux to markor and have it rendered by default right away.

Sure. Here's my current workflow:

1. Open the file manager;
2. Go to some directory. Let's say "Download";
3. Open a markdown file in said directory;
4. File automatically opens in markor in editor mode. Preference "Settings -> View mode -> Prefer view" is ignored.

And here's my desired workflow when using markor:

1. Check the proposed preference "Settings -> View mode -> Open created files in view by default";
2. When viewing files via markor:
   2.1 Create new file via floating action button;
   2.2 Open newly created file and have it in view mode right away;

Oh. I've just noticed that's already the case when creating and opening the file from markor ("Prefer view" preference is respected). Hm.

I've just this moment opened the same file through the built-in file manager (I'm using LineageOS) and the exact same file was opened in editor mode, ignoring "Prefer view" preference.

Is this a bug?

I have noticed the same issue. If this is not intended behavior, I would like to work on this.
