Test Case

When rejecting work, the flow can hang indefinitely on “processing” after wallet interaction.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as operator.

2. Open a pending work item.

3. Click Reject and submit rejection.

4. Complete wallet interaction.

Expected Behavior

• Rejection completes successfully.

• UI updates to Rejected state.

• User receives confirmation.

Actual Behavior

• UI remains stuck on “processing”.

• No confirmation or failure state.

• User unsure if rejection succeeded.
