Automate the meetups/event addition

Idea from the January community-wg: run a GA workflow daily/fixed cadence to check the meetups and open a pull request if anything new happens.

I believe @hasparus is working on event sync with Guild.Host, luma, etc.

To add detail to this, the process I outlined with @hasparus was regarding only the file src/components/meetups.ts - we keep this updated in line with a tracking spreadsheet.

This issue is regarding the actual events each group hosts, having this automated would be amazing; we discussed in the community working group that likely we want a human auto-assigned to review the generated PR, I am happy to be that person
