[Feature request]: Marker clustering

Use case

Add marker clustering support to the Flutter Navigation SDK to handle displaying large numbers of markers.
Supported in Android and iOS SDKs.

Proposal

Package should support marker clustering.
There is proposed (simple) solution #593, but without custom cluster image support or Advanced markers support.
