I see that there are some errors with file permissions http://trans.computer/blog can you try to set recursive write permission to /var/www/vvveb/storage/ folder and see if it works?

If it still doesn't work you can send me temporary access ftp/ssh using the email from my profile and I will check why is not working.

tried using the nocache-nginx.conf and it worked

I'm glad it works, usually on shared hosting or xampp apache is used which loads .htaccess automatically and no setup is required.

On nginx it must be configured for url rewrite to work.
