Provide native binary for Windows / ARM (WoA)

Current release of the SDK (1.276.0) includes binaries for x64 Windows, but not Arm.

This one probably isn't going to happen anytime soon. While I'm sure it's not optimal, are you encountering any issues running the x64 binaries on WoA?

I don't know, TBH, haven't tried it yet (still in early stages of integration/experimentation).

Our (x64) product has problems running under the emulator so we're looking to "eventually" provide a native ARM build but it won't be for a while yet. Of course we can install node.js (arm) with our product and use the non-binary flavor of the language server so it's not a blocker, just nice-to-have.

Unfortunately not even this will work currently, as there are some platform specific .node libraries that would need WoA versions. You would have to use an x64 Node.js.

I've been using copilot with neovim on termux for a while ... but it broke recently . :(

Managed to pack everything for windows arm with our 1.428.0 release, worth to give it a try: https://github.com/github/copilot-language-server-release/releases/tag/1.428.0
