Please add support for neovim built in terminal.

Describe the bug

When running copilot cli in an emulated terminal like neovim's :terminal the output becomes unusable. It will repeat it's last output every single time you type in the terminal, and all loading prompts repeat for every change to the loading icon. It use to work in version 0.0.405 But work was done for TTY terminal integration that appears to have broken copliot cli.

Here is the output now.

When used in a non emulated TTY environment it works as expected. I've ended up having to switch to codex-cli in the meantime because it works in emulated environments.

Try with copilot --alt-screen. This will enable alt screen mode for the current session as well as change the default behavior.

Hopefully will become the default soon. Running with --no-alt-screen has numerous limitations.
