[Bug]Copilot CLI v1.0.3 produces garbled text when copying Chinese output

Describe the bug

Right after I upgraded from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3, garbled text started appearing.

My environment is cmd → WSL, my locale is UTF-8, and this was not an issue before.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

open cmd, input wsl, upgrade to copilot cli to v1.0.3, try to ask something with Chinese, and copy Chinese response to notepad

Encountering the same issue, I copied CJK chars from Copilot CLI and then pasted. What I pasted turns to garbled characters.
