Additional notes for reviewers

Ditto keeps extraction, redaction, caches, and generated profiles local. Selected redacted text is processed only by the model provider the user chooses. The immutable release includes the plugin manifest, four focused skills, security documentation, and a stdlib-only CLI. It can mine supported local Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI, and OpenCode histories; it does not read authored memory or rules files as source evidence.
