I'm a little confused as to who the audience for this is. Looking into TimeBase, I see that it exists as community and enterprise editions, but the skills don't seem to indicate if they are optimised for one or the other.

But then looking more into the skills, I found the C#/.NET skill, but it appears that the NuGet package for that is behind a private NuGet feed that is only available for with the enterprise edition of TimeBase, whereas Python doesn't seem to have that restriction, adding ambiguity into the plugin audience (the plugin also omits the C++ and Java clients). The community edition docs also seem to refer sometimes to a Docker image that appears unmaintained but in other places it refers to the FINOS image (which appears to be the right one).

@aaronpowell, thanks for a thorough look. The plugin is meant for both editions. Community supports Python, Java and C++ clients, Enterprise adds .NET. Java and C++ skills are currently in development (with support for both editions) and will be added in a future release.

On the .NET skill, you're right that it's only for Enterprise users and refers to a private NuGet feed. Should we mark it as Enterprise-only somehow?

On the docker image, that's a good catch, thanks. The correct community image is finos/timebase-ce-server. I'll make sure our knowledge base gets consistent here.
