decode punycode URLs into their valid utf8 representation

I follow @matean@թ.չոլ.հայ and their server shows up only in its punycoded version https://xn--69a.xn--99axc.xn--y9a3aq which looks really messy and confusing and shouldn't ever be shown unless there is a real reason to be concerned about a homograph attack but if you are following someone already this shouldnt be a concern at all.
