[ai-pro] Feature Request: Support for OpenAI-compatible endpoints

Please consider adding OpenAI-compatible endpoints. This will make it possible to use compatible local providers (Ollama, Open WebUI). I am aware of the possibility of writing my own extension for other providers, but in the case of OpenAI, in my opinion, it would be more appropriate to make minor changes to the OpenAI support already included in the AI Pro plugin instead of creating a separate provider.

i have this implemented locally.. i'll do some more testing and get this released in the next version.
