[typhoon] support more Tailwind CSS attributes (colors & v4-missing attributes)

When I want to edit theming using custom colors, I have the issue that lots of Tailwind colors aren't supported with all attributes. For example, there is no text-fuchsia or text-pink color in the site.css. Please either add full Tailwind color support, or enable easy usage of hex colors or something similarly accessible.

Another issue I found newly appearing in v4: h-24 and other height attributes (and probably many more Tailwind CSS tags) are missing in v4. The header of my website is currently broken, because the logo needs h-16, but the next larger size for header height is h-40 which is far too large. I used h-24 before, but that isn't supported anymore.

Did you recompile the css? Should pickup any css clsss you are using. And yes h-24 is still valid.

Sorry for the delayed reply, I have been quite busy in recent time. I haven't modified the CSS files and use the prebuilt CSS at user/themes/typhoon/build/css/site.css. Uninstalling and reinstalling the theme also didn't fix the issue, I'm still missing heights and other Tailwind flags. Could you please help?

I've also tried recompiling and stuff (i.e. npm install, npm update and npm run dev), and I'm still missing h-12. Also, I've seen issue #477 and I'm confused as to why colours are only supported in a very limited fashion and also in a way that doesn't make sense to me.
