This was cloned from https://bitbucket.org/jstangroome/configtransform and support for log4net.config was added. This becomes CodeAssassin.ConfigTransform version 1.3.
To build, execute the following command from the ConfigTransform folder:
.\nuget\NuGet.exe pack .\CodeAssassin.ConfigTransform.nuspec
