Is there any way to set a minimum size and/or ratio based scaling?

This should be simple yet for the life of me I can't figure out.

I want to construct a UI with a square grid 4x4 on one side and a simple form (scrollable) on left. The grid should keep it's ratio based on the height of the window but honestly, I could just fix the whole thing and hardcode the size everything yet I can't!

I guess I could just stack use empty image in a stack layout but this seems to be so wasteful for something simple.

Yes, everything has a minimum size based on the content. A custom minimum normally doesn't make sense because what is being displayed is the defining factor.

Can you provide more information particularly what "keep its ratio" means as I'm not following.

Initially it seems like a List + Grid inside a Split container would work but I'm probably missing the nuance.
