Service select from command line won't open Quicksight

Issue Description

As title says you can't really open QuickSight and issue is that it has different URL than other services.

Expected Behavior

assume -s quicksight - redirects here:

https://{aws-region}.quicksight.aws.amazon.com

Actual Behavior

assume -s quicksight point to AWS 404 page:

https://console.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/home?region={aws-region}

Reproduction Steps

1. Open command line
2. Run: assume -s quicksight
