Add more case conversion methods

Description

Add more case conversion methods such as:

• Alternating Case: alternates between lower case and upper case. (hElLo)
• Inverse Case: inverts the case of original string. (hellO - HELLo)
• Random Case: alternates randomly between uppercase and lowercase. (HEllO)
