bug: Controls doesn't show

Controls don't show when using an example from docs.

</fiv-gallery>

If I am using this approach

  <fiv-gallery-toolbar-content></fiv-gallery-toolbar-content>
  <fiv-gallery-image [src]="image1"></fiv-gallery-image>
  <fiv-gallery-image [src]="image2"></fiv-gallery-image>
</fiv-gallery>

I can see controls, but above images and not when image is cliked.
