Sometimes the beat is not played

Android Version: 8.0

Settings:
Sound: Click (/same behaviour for beep)
BPM: 200 BPM
Beat: 3/4 (first Click is fat/accented/...)

Sometimes some of the beats are not played.
Also sometimes the volume seems to go down and then back up again (don't know if related)
