undo / redo functionality - does it exist?

I seem to be unable to undo or redo my text actions

Is this possible? If not could anybody add this feature?

Notepad is a great simplistic app i use on my grapeheneOS de-googled setup.

I wish I noted what version I had before I updated, as it used to have an undo if you did a long press within the editor. Seems that's gone, now, along with some other behavior changes in the text editor, such as not being able to select urls and open them. I'm guessing it was lost in the 2.x to 3.x rewrite.
