Parallel compute feature for compute intensive calculation.

Hey, I just wanted to share a thought about parallel algorithms for computing some features.
Ideally using some GPU, it can be done with numba, pytorch. Also it can be done in professional way using CUDA C and extensions to python.

Closing currently for this issue to be looked into in future as premature optimization is not good idea at this point.
