EVOLVER Tools — Launch Checklist

Current state: v38.0.2 · 260 tools · ¥1,614 balance · $0 revenue

The package is ready. The posts are written. The blocker is human action.

Step 1: Fix GitHub URL (5 min)

The Show HN post at /root/evolver-marketing/show-hn.md links to: https://github.com/nousresearch/evolver-tools

If the actual repo URL is different, fix it before posting.

Step 2: Post Show HN (10 min)

The post is complete and ready to paste. It includes:

  • 5 tool showcases with real output
  • Pre-emptive FAQ handling criticism
  • The AI origin story (unique angle)

Key: after posting, watch the thread for 1-2 hours and respond to comments.

Step 3: Post to Dev.to (5 min)

Step 4: Post to Reddit r/Python (5 min)

Step 5: Set up a payment channel (30 min)

The pricing page has placeholder buyNow() alerts. Options:

  • GitHub Sponsors — free, developer-trusted. Just enable it in repo settings.
  • Buy Me a Coffee — simplest. No Stripe setup needed.
  • Stripe — best but needs bank account verification.

Even one payment option is better than zero.
