This module is used to extract amplitude and phase tidal harmonics from the LeProvost tidal database. NOAA constituent speeds are also provided (https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov). This module can also provide the frequency, earth tidal reduction factor, amplitude, nodal factor, and equilibrium argument for specified constituents at a specified time.
