Feature Request: When Clipboard Patching is enabled, pressing CTRL+V while a file is selected should trigger the 'Paste into this file (Append/Replace)' action instead of creating a new file.

I don't think it's feasible. CTRL+V is handled by file explorer. The patching trick works by injecting a temporary file into the clipboard at the time you copy something, so the default file explorer paste action can pick it up. For a replace behaviour I would have to know the filename of the selected file, which is not known at the time you copy something. Or I would have to somehow track all the files a user ever selects (if that's even possible) and always inject a temporary file of the same name into the clipboard just in case you press CTRL+V.
