Sometimes when trying to shutdown or restart the system, the user is just logged out instead

What Happened

Not sure if this is the right component to open the issue for but sometimes when trying to shutdown or restart the system by using the "Shut Down..." button in the session indicator, the user just logged out instead but the system is not rebooted or shut down.

Expected Behavior

When restarting or shutting down the system using the "Shut Down..." button in the session indicator the system will shut down or reboot accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clic on the session indicator in Wingpanel
2. Clic on the "Shut Down..." button in the popover menu.
3. Clic on the "Restart" or "Shut Down" button in the shut down dialog.
4. The user is logged out but the system is not rebooted or shut down.

Indeed it looks the same.
Just for the record after reviewing the other issue in my case I only have a single user conigured.
