What Happened?
Display widgets overlaps one each other if I disable Mirror (Clone) Mode or a monitor. It may occurs because:
- Mutter DisplayConfig interface doesn't return monitor layouts with disabled monitors;
- Cloned monitors always has coordinates x = 0; y = 0.
Display transformation seems to be affected too.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open Display Settings when using two or more monitors
- Disable a monitor or enable then disable Mirror Mode
- Watch Display Widgets overlaping each other
Expected Behavior
- When disabling Mirror Mode, display settings should restore previous Display Layout state
- When disabling a monitor, display settings should keep Display Layout without changing it
