whats the point of presenting the user with outdated markups?
how is the user supposed to understand why rates from makers seemingly jump from 1.5% to 2% and back in the matter of a minute? the maker did not change the rate!
the actual rate gets displayed and fixed when a trade is started. non else matters.
it would be much, much more senseful to display the rate the maker has set in his config because this will not constantly jump
there is simply no point in the client to calculate the makers fee rate based on outdated xmr/btc data he sent 1 minute ago while the client checked for xmr/btc at price api endpoints 1 minute later
