feat: OP Stack verification support

This outlines the work required to support verification, like we support for evm-rpc (Ethereum), for OP Stack chains like Base.

• add separate evm-op-rpc raw dataset kind, to support additional transaction fields
  • ideally re-using most extraction logic from evm-rpc
• add ampctl verify support for evm-op-rpc raw datasets (tx type 0x7e)
