Replace `get-stdin` with `streamConsumers.text()` or `streamConsumers.buffer()`

• node-sass is EOL: https://sass-lang.com/blog/node-sass-is-end-of-life/ While I did think about suggesting an ecosystem cleanup issue for migrating node-sass consumers to sass and sass-embedded, node-sass was in maintenance mode for a long time, so there will definitely be breaking changes for people that migrate, which may prevent large code bases from migrating.
• jest-image-snapshot's supported Node versions are ^14.15.0 || ^16.10.0 || >=18.0.0 https://github.com/americanexpress/jest-image-snapshot/blob/main/package.json#L7, stream consumers were added in Node 16.7+
