Support for "replace" edits made with vim-mode-plus

I use vim-mode-plus. When I edit tags using the replace operation, the corresponding tag isn't changed. e.g. If I use r to change an <h2> to an <h3>, I have to change the end tag manually.

I know it's beyond the scope of this package to support use with other packages, so consider this a feature request.
