Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Evaluation - AI Projects

Is there any compatibility between the Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Evaluation packages and Azure AI Foundry projects?

For instance, it would be great to have the evaluation outputs to be sent to the AI Project Evaluations tab, similar to what it's possible with the python sdk.

@jmnbc The recently released Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Evaluation.Safety package leverages Azure AI Foundry Projects (and the associated Azure AI Foundry Evaluation service) to orchestrate content safety evals.

Most of the evaluations available on the python side are also now available in Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Evaluation, and we are working on closing the gap on a couple of missing ones such as the evals for agentic workflows and the math / NLP based evals.

The result upload functionality you mentioned above is another gap we are aware of, and we hope to close this gap soon too.
