Rotate debug log when using --debug

What you'd like to see

When running cagent with --debug flag, cagent writes logs to ~/.cagent/cagent.debug.log by default.

It might be straightforward to implement log rotation for that.

Why you'd like to see it

Avoid long log file on disk, for long running session.

Workarounds?

Deleting the log file often

i agree we need this. Also I think we should do this only when --log-file is not defined

--log-file changes to destination target of the log file right? So I guess we still need it

Yes it sets the file (not the directory), so my personal assumption would be to see all logs where i defined them, not split across multiple files.. But no super hard feelings really
