<p class="bold-caps">IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS BINDING PROVISIONS REGARDING THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS, AND INDEMNIFICATION. BY UTILIZING THE "WLSTRT AI" APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.</p>

<h2>Section 1: No Financial Advice & AI Fallibility</h2>
<p>1.1. <strong>Informational Nature:</strong> WLSTRT AI (hereinafter "the App") is a computational analysis tool. All outputs, including but not limited to chart annotations, trend predictions, and technical indicators, are generated by automated machine-learning models and third-party algorithmic processes.</p>
<p>1.2. <strong>AI Accuracy Disclaimer:</strong> You acknowledge and agree that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is inherently subject to error. The App may produce "hallucinations," outdated data interpretations, or mathematically incorrect outputs. Under no circumstances should the App’s output be considered "truth" or "fact."</p>
<p>1.3. <strong>Financial Risk:</strong> The Publisher is not a registered financial advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or fiduciary. The App does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or tax guidance. Any decision to buy, sell, or hold financial assets is made at your own risk and discretion.</p>
<h2>Section 2: Comprehensive Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>2.1. <strong>Exclusion of Damages:</strong> TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DENIZ ÖZCAN, GOODTIMES INITIATIVE, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.</p>
<p>2.2. <strong>Liability Cap:</strong> In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the Publisher’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the App (if any) during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.</p>
<h2>Section 3: Data Processing & Confidentiality of "Know-How"</h2>
<p>3.1. <strong>Image Data Submission:</strong> When you utilize the App's camera or upload functionality, images are transmitted to a secure, remote computational environment. This processing is necessary to execute the App's core functionality.</p>
<p>3.2. <strong>Proprietary Methodology:</strong> The specific architecture, third-party processing modules, and algorithmic sequences used to generate analysis constitute the Publisher’s proprietary "Know-How" and trade secrets. We do not disclose our specific processing partners or logic to protect our intellectual property.</p>
<p>3.3. <strong>Data Minimization:</strong> We do not permanently store your raw image files on our primary databases. Once the automated analysis is returned to your device, the transient image data is slated for deletion in accordance with our internal security protocols.</p>
<h2>Section 4: Third-Party Analytics & Telemetry</h2>
<p>4.1. <strong>Usage Tracking:</strong> To maintain technical integrity, the App utilizes third-party telemetry tools to monitor crash reports, latency, and feature engagement. This data is anonymized and does not identify the user personally.</p>
<p>4.2. <strong>Third-Party Infrastructure:</strong> Your data may be routed through cloud infrastructure providers. These entities have no right to use your data for any purpose other than providing background computational support to the Publisher.</p>
<h2>Section 5: Intellectual Property & Reverse Engineering</h2>
<p>5.1. <strong>Ownership:</strong> All rights, title, and interest in and to WLSTRT AI, including the software code, UI design, and brand assets, remain the exclusive property of Deniz Özcan.</p>
<p>5.2. <strong>Restrictions:</strong> You are strictly prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or "scrape" the App’s output to recreate the underlying AI logic. Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.</p>
<h2>Section 6: Indemnification</h2>
<p>You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Publisher from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from (i) your use of the App, (ii) your violation of these terms, or (iii) any financial loss incurred by you or a third party through reliance on the App.</p>
<h2>Section 7: Governing Law & Jurisdiction</h2>
<p>This Policy and all matters relating to the use of WLSTRT AI shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Publisher resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of said jurisdiction.</p>
<h2>Section 8: Severability & Entire Agreement</h2>
<p>If any provision of this document is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.</p>
