Upon creating a release in Git Hub, autopopulate comment with bugs

Upon creating a release in Git Hub it would be nice to change the code status to 'In Staging' in Bugzilla for any bugs listed in the comments.

I've been listing the pull requests in the release comments with title, so the bug # will be in the title as well, or gives you the option to change them en-mass.

If marked as pre-release, do In Staging. Otherwise do In Production. Also populate all the bugs' Release (cf_revision) field with the release's tag version (e.g., v1.2.0).

If feeling super ambitious, query GitHub to find all the pull requests merged since the last release and autopopulate the release comments accordingly.

Autopopulating the comments is something I'd like to eventually see, so keeping this open.

This can't be that hard :-), so I'm going to ask for it. If I paste the pull request title into the release. I'd like for the bugzilla number to be a hyperlink like it is in the pull request. For example take a look at...

The last request John needs to work on is auto populating the pull requests into the release notes. Then this issue can be closed.
