OAuth signup bypasses ToS acceptance.

Currently, if you enable OAuth (discord for example) there is no ToS acceptance required. I request that after OAuth, the first screen a user sees is a mandatory acceptance of ToS before using the service. Additionally, a hard link to the instance ToS in the sidebar footer would probably be nice. Thank you for considering this.

You can add the Terms of Use to the sidebar footer if you want.
