Tutorial about Angular Lazy Loading does not install devonfw-ide

The Angular lazy loading tutorial does not install the devonfw-ide.
Therefore, the steps to create the Angular project fail.

I tried to debug the problem at all. The behaviour of katacoda is a little strange I think. When having all the images in the index.json file of Katacoda it seems that the setup scripts are not copied. When I removed the images from this file the scripts were present in Katacoda and were executed.
Actually we can simply fix this by removing the images from the index file since they not have to be passed into the Katacoda environment. It is enough that they are in the assets folder to be displayed in Katacoda.
