Add Option To Specify Which Decryption Tool To Use #140

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if there was an option to select which decryption tool to use, e.g. --decryption-tool "shaka" for Shaka Packager or "mp4decrypt" for MP4Decrypt/Bento4, as some services package using mp4dash so mp4decrypt would be a logical choice for those as it is a sister software to mp4dash.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered coding it myself, but I don't feel comfortable enough yet to do so.
