Add `devcontainer shell` subcommand to get POSIX shell in devcontainers.

Hi folks, would it be possible to get a devcontainer shell command added, which allows CLI users to get a shell in the project's devcontainer?

Similar examples would be doing a podman exec -it <container> bash, or nix develop for nix flakes.

We do have a similar command for devcontainer as well to execute into the container.
devcontainer exec --container-id [container-id] bash
