This PR removes outdated test statistics and future planning sections from the development notes file. The changes streamline the documentation by removing information that would quickly become stale (test counts, coverage percentages) while preserving the important narrative about implementation challenges and solutions.
Changes:
- Removed static test results section with coverage statistics
- Removed scattered test documentation references from issues #7, #8, and #9
- Removed "Future Improvements" section with planned enhancements
