Database error when using slash in schema name

Hi all
When using a schema like "domain\user" I get the following error "Incorrect syntax near '\'", when building a model like "my_first_dbt_model".
I have created a pull request that resolves the issue on my side it seems.

@joshmarkovic I can confirm this is still broken on master. Running a model with schema domain\user fails with Incorrect syntax near \.

However, the fix in PR #751 resolves it. I can add a test if you want.

@mopthe if you want focus the pr on this actual issue instead of behavior change so it can be merged if the other external naming issue isn't solvable
