[Feat]: Allow AutoScroll speed changes without resetting carousel

Feature description

It would be nice to have a way to control the carousel animation speed.
I added this feature in my PR, and it helped in cases like slowing down the transition when the user interacts or when the mouse enters.

Additional Context

This gives more flexibility for different UX needs, especially when we want smoother or slower animations in some situations.

Can you explain how it is different from this speed option?

Is it possible to update the speed value while the carousel is running?
I tried but couldn’t get it to work, so I adjusted the plugin and opened PR #1230 to add this functionality.

Thanks, @sarussss! From what I understand, @Ammar1999y is looking for a way to adjust the speed without modifying the plugin options — since doing so resets the carousel and interrupts ongoing animations. Is that right?

If so, I think this PR is a great initiative, and I’ll review it as soon as possible.
