raw HTML appears in documentation for `Set-DbatoolsConfig`, other formatting issues

The documentation for Set-DbatoolsConfig offers an example, which includes raw <br> tags which are obviously not meant to be part of the example command.

This topic also shows extra white space in the "syntax" section, between [-PersistedType and <ConfigurationValueType>] and again between [-Handler and <ScriptBlock>]'

Note that these issues are only apparent on the website and the get-help -examples output for this command doesn't seem to have a problem.
