Restore-DbaDatabase should be able to restore to a specific LSN, like the STOPATMARK keyword in T-SQL's RESTORE LOG.

I'm truly shocked that this isn't already in Restore-DbaDatabase, but the documentation is very clear about -StopMark being for marked transactions.

What was implemented

Added a -StopAtLsn parameter to Restore-DbaDatabase and Invoke-DbaAdvancedRestore that enables restoring to a specific Log Sequence Number.

How it works: SQL Server supports RESTORE LOG ... WITH STOPATMARK = 'lsn:<value>' for LSN-based recovery. SMO's Restore.StopAtMarkName property accepts the lsn: prefix, so the implementation reuses the same SMO property used for named mark recovery.

Usage examples:

# Stop at a specific LSN
Restore-DbaDatabase -SqlInstance server1 -Path \\share\backups -DatabaseName db -StopAtLsn '00000030:00000f28:0001'

# Stop just before a specific LSN
Restore-DbaDatabase -SqlInstance server1 -Path \\share\backups -DatabaseName db -StopAtLsn '00000030:00000f28:0001' -StopBefore

LSN values can be found via sys.fn_dblog, backup headers (RESTORE HEADERONLY), or SQL Server error logs.

Changes made:

• public/Restore-DbaDatabase.ps1 — added .PARAMETER StopAtLsn docs, two examples, [string]$StopAtLsn param, and pass-through to Invoke-DbaAdvancedRestore
• public/Invoke-DbaAdvancedRestore.ps1 — added .PARAMETER StopAtLsn docs, [string]$StopAtLsn param, and logic to set StopAtMarkName/StopBeforeMarkName with "lsn:$StopAtLsn" prefix (checked before StopMark to give LSN priority)
