CIMC 4.2.3e and ACI 6.1.5e validation fails. #338

Describe the bug
THe pre-upgrade script validator is marking as "UPGRADE FAILURE" for the current CIMC version 4.2.3e. Which is mentioned to be supported with ACI release 6.1(5e)

Steps to reproduce the behavior such as:
Run the script on version 5.2.8g with the target version 6.1.5e
Expected behavior
Expect that the validation should mark this passed.
