report: be able to run a report from a aws/azure/gcp... stack

Should we use the debug field ?

Goal is if we don't have ssh access to the worker, update the stack with the good parameter to create the report automatically.

The password/secret could be provided by the customer as stack parameter.

We need to find a way to get the pastefile url.
