The webui panels don't get refreshed automatically to reflect latest changes

Sometimes (not always) when applying some actions to sources (e.g. deleting sources, updating their configs) via the webui, it doesn't refresh direclty to display the up-to-date changes.

for example in the below screen I have already disabled the source from the edit configs but its still shown as enabled and I need to refresh the page manually to update that:

Looks like the Enabled column is the only one with this bug. I tested all other columns and they reflect changes instantly.

not correct, this happens on addition/deletion of sources/metrics/presets also.

generally the fix should be ensuring that all actions trigger a reload.
